  • United States: 5–10 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this link to monitor your delivery through the carrier’s website.

U.S. Shipping & Customs

We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States.
U.S. customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While every package is prepared and shipped with care, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to find a resolution.

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Please email us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes to the delivery address.
