Refund Policy

At Kecia & Co., each item is carefully handmade in small batches. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand there may be rare instances where a refund is needed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:


Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Final sale and custom items are not eligible unless defective

To request a refund:

Please email us at keciaandco@gmail.com with the following:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Clear photos showing the item and any damage or defect

  4. Photos of the original packaging, if applicable

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send instructions. After inspection (if needed), your refund will be processed to your original payment method.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for refund unless defective:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page

If a final sale item arrives damaged, please follow the refund request steps above within 5 days.
